Floraking.com provides you with a shopping bag just as if you were shopping in your favorite department store.

Select the items you want by simply clicking the ADD TO CART button. The item will be in your bag wherever else you decide to go on the site. You can also easily adjust the QUANTITY of that item to order or remove it before you checkout should you have had a change of mind. From there, the basic ordering process begins. You can BACK TO SHOP or go to CHECKOUT.

Order Information:

You will be given a confirmation number immediately after your order has been successfully submitted. We will also send you an email confirmation including all of the information you have submitted on your order.

Order Status
If you have a question about the status of an existing order, simply login and check your order tracking or call our customer service representatives at 92 21-5295001 or email us at sales@floraking.com. Please have your confirmation number available for prompt service. If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by email.

Delivery

Flora Kinghave no liability if the product is not delivered due to any circumtance such as Earthquake, Strikes, Curfew, Natural disasters and other violence activites in the delivering city or area. In such case the product would be delivered on next working day.

Cancellation

If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out for delivery or prepared for shipment. 48 hours advance notice is necessary to assure a cancellation or any changes to your order.

An order cannot be cancelled or changed after it has been sent out for delivery or prepared for shipment (i.e. created by the designer). In case an order has been cancelled 48 hours in advance then we happily refund whole of the sum paid. In case of incomplete/incorrect address, information or phone numbers resulting in non-delivery, no refund is possible due to the infrastructure costs involved and to the fact that flowers are a perishable item.

Substitution:

Substitution may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item. There shall be no substitution in type of arrangement; that is, no change in size or shape.
